Job summary

Allied Outsourcing Services seeks full time Accounting professionals to join in the positions of Associate, Senior Associate, and Accounting Supervisor. You will maintain and handle full set of accounts for different clients, ensure timely records, and manage month-end closings with financial reporting.

Responsibilities include HR/Payroll processing, GST filings, expense verification, and liaising with auditors and tax agents.

Qualifications

• Pursuing/ qualifications in ACCA, or Accounting, Tax or Business Degree/Diploma
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience for Associates; 4+ years for Senior Associates
• For Senior Associate roles, experience supervising staff is required

Responsibilities

• Maintain and handle full set of accounts for different clients with timely recording of transactions
• Handle day-to-day accounting functions, monthly HR/Payroll processing and quarterly GST filing
• Check, verify and process expenses submitted by clients
• Ensure all payments and receipts are properly authorised and recorded
• Prepare accounting schedules, reconcile accounts, and generate management & cash flow reports
• Ensure timely month-end closing and financial reporting
• Compile Unaudited Financial Statements in line with SFRS
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and local authorities as required
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
