Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance professional to support the month-end close, manage AP/AR, and oversee inter-company transactions. You will handle staff expenses via SAP Concur and assist in audits, reporting, and ensuring internal control compliance.

Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be comfortable with office-based Singapore work hours.

Qualifications

• Min degree in Accountancy/Finance or similar with at least 3 years' relevant experience.
• Experience in month-end close, AP/AR, inter-company transactions, and bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with SAP Concur for staff expenses and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close process and review financial data.
• Handle AP/AR activities including invoice and payment allocations.
• Process inter-company transactions and expense allocations.
• Maintain credit control and aged debt follow-up.
