Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a skilled finance professional to support monthly close, reconciliations, audit, and system improvements. This role covers general accounting, inter-company transactions, and expense management using SAP Concur.

The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while driving process improvements and data integrity across finance systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience in month-end closing preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP Concur and expense management.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end closing process and review financial data.
• Perform accounts payable/receivable activities and inter-company transactions.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts and ensure integrity.
• Assist with audit activities and respond to tax queries.
• Improve finance processes and ensure system data accuracy.
• Provide general finance and admin support as required.
