Job summary

PERSOL is hiring a Finance Assistant in Singapore. You will handle month-end and year-end closings, postings, and grant entries to ensure income matches expenses. You will support consolidation and audit processes and assist with ad hoc accounting tasks.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Accounting/Finance and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills. SAP and MS Office proficiency are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end and year-end closing of accounts for assigned entities.
• Handle timely posting and review of grant utilisation or project-based entries with income recognition aligned to expenses.
• Review month-end and year-end closing activities, including monthly schedules.
• Perform intercompany confirmation and intracompany reconciliation and follow up for timely closure.
• Support audit fieldwork by responding to audit queries and providing required docs.
• Assist in consolidation of accounts for mid-year and year-end statements.
• Support ad hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
