Job summary

Marvel Clean Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to support day-to-day operations, including AR/AP and GL entries, and to assist with monthly financial statements and variance analysis.

You will also help with budgeting, forecasting, and ensure compliance with IRAS, GST, CPF, and other local regulations, while liaising with auditors and external stakeholders. The role supports internal controls and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and management reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (IRAS, GST, CPF, etc.).
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
• Support internal controls and process improvements.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team and management when required.
