Job summary

BIG - FOOT LOGISTIC PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced financial accountant to handle the full spectrum of accounting activities, including month-end closes, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. The role requires strong knowledge of AP, AR and general accounting.

You'\'ll liaise with internal/external parties, support budgeting and forecasting, audit liaison, and drive process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and integrity of financial data.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of AP, AR and General Accounting.
• Experience with Oracle Netsuite is an advantage.
• Mature, responsible and good communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of financial accounting activities, including month-end closing, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Liaise with internal and external parties in regards to accounts payable transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reporting and management accounting deliverables.
• Liaise with auditor for annual audit.
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts to support management decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes, controls, and documentation while supporting ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Ensure financial information is accurate and confidential.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
