Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial reports.
• Maintain general ledger, fixed asset register, and accounting schedules.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and debt collection.
• Update monthly foreign exchange rates and process adjustments.
• Prepare sub-consolidation financial information.
• Prepare and submit GST returns and corporate income tax schedules.
• Reconcile monthly revenue against billings and investigate variances.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties during audits and statutory reporting.
• Support business units with financial reports and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in corporate finance activities and other finance projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
