Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journals and schedules, including monthly accounting entries.
• Prepare and analyze monthly PL variance commentary.
• Forecast tenant recovery and expenses budgeting.
• Assist/perform in monthly financial reporting to management.
• Collaborate with business units and other departments on inter-company transactions and capex matters.
• Assist weekly audit and SOP reviews.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
