Job summary

The Furniture Area Singapore is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee daily cash inflows and outflows, ensure cash balance accuracy, and manage the company’s bank accounts. You will prepare cash flow statements and related records, enforce internal controls and policies, and liaise with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and salary payments.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business and at least four years of experience in commodity trading

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Business
• Min 4 years experience, preferably in commodity trading companies
• Good knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, Singapore Tax Regulation and related financial policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily inflow and outflow of cash, ensure the balance of the cash account and handle and maintain the Company's bank account
• Prepare various financial statements and account records related to cash flow, such as cash flow statement, bank statement and etc
• Ensure that all cash transactions comply with the Company's internal control standards and financial policies.
• Maintain accurate account records to ensure the safety and correct of the funds
• Handle daily financial affairs, such as salary payment and reimbursement of expenses
• Keep close contact with other department of the Company and establish a good cooperative relationship
