Job summary

RASA KAMPUNG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to manage the full spectrum of AP/AR, maintain accurate records, and prepare monthly statements and forecasts.

You will ensure compliance with GST and local financial regulations while supporting strategic planning. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, strong data entry skills, and effective communication to present financial information to managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex financial information.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to ensure timely payments and collections
• Arrange and process supplier payments and follow up on Accounts Receivable collections to maintain cash flow
• Maintain full sets of accounts by accurately entering data into the accounting system and organizing financial records
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial forecasts to support business planning
• Compile, analyze, and report financial data to provide actionable insights for management and stakeholders
• Create periodic reports including balance sheets and profit & loss statements for internal and external use
• Present financial data clearly to managers, investors, and other relevant parties to facilitate informed decision-making
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal control procedures, and Singapore financial regulations including GST reporting
• Stay updated on changes in financial legislation and accounting standards to ensure ongoing compliance
