Job summary

YY CIRCLE (SG) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a meticulous Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting across AP, AR, GL and fixed assets in Singapore. You will handle monthly close, prepare management reports for consolidation, and ensure compliance with SFRS/FRS, GST and corporate taxation.

• Strong hands-on experience in maintaining a full set of accounts independently.
• Good working knowledge of SFRS/FRS, GST, and corporate taxation.
• Highly independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts from source documents to financial statements, including AP, AR, GL and fixed assets.
• Perform monthly and year-end closing, including management accounts, schedules, and variance analysis.
• Prepare timely financial and management reports for group consolidation and management review.
• Prepare and submit GST returns and corporate income tax.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare audit schedules and support external audit processes, including audited financial statements.
• Perform balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations and detailed account analysis.
• Maintain proper accounting records in compliance with SFRS/FRS.
• Monitor cash flow, manage payments and collections for day-to-day operations.
• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and other finance duties.

• Liaise independently with external auditors, tax agents, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
