Job summary

ELOGIO ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage end-to-end financial processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers general ledger, monthly closings, GST compliance, consolidation, budgeting, and stakeholder liaison across sales, warehouse and operations. You will mentor junior staff and ensure timely, accurate reporting for group subsidiaries in Singapore.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in accounting or related field.
  • Professional qualifications (ACCA/CA/CPA) advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Experience in wholesale distribution/trading preferred.
  • Experience handling full sets of accounts.
  • Auditing supervisory experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of SFRS and GST/IRAS compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing in a timely manner
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and schedules
  • Handle GST preparation and submission to IRAS
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage inventory accounting, including stock reconciliation, costing, and variance analysis
  • Lead stock take exercises and inventory valuation
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
  • Prepare schedules and documentation for annual audit and tax computation
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements
  • Assist in group budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
  • Perform ad‑hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned
  • Perform Group consolidation and review of monthly financial reports from subsidiaries
  • Supervise and coach junior staff in accounting and finance operations
  • Managing group collection of trade and otherreceivables and cash flow management.

Job Requirements
  • Education & Certification
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CA Singapore, CPA or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Auditing and/or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Prior experience in wholesale distribution / trading industry preferred
  • Experience handling full sets of accounts
  • Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
  • Working knowledge of GST regulations and IRAS compliance
  • Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Navision, MYOB, Xero, or equivalent)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Soft Skills
  • Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Other Information:
  • Position requires coordination with sales, warehouse and operations teams
