Job summary

GRD Builders PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior accountant to lead month-end consolidation and produce key financial analyses for management.

You will assist in monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting, support audits and budgeting, handle banking documents and directors' resolutions, and help improve financial and operational processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years' relevant experience, strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Accountancy or be ACCA/CPA qualified.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with accounting software is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end consolidation, prepare reports and analyses.
• Assist monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting.

Job Scope

• Responsible for timely month-end consolidation and preparation of reports and analyses;
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting
• Assist in year-end audit and budgeting process
• Attend to queries from banks and auditors
• Assist in preparation of banking documents and directors' resolution.
• Assist in developing policies and procedures to improve financial and operational processes,

Job requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA and equivalent
