Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of monthly financial accounting from preparation, reconciling, closing, reporting, forecasting and analysis.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities & external parties (external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities) to support and ensure compliance with all statutory and internal finance & tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms.
• Assist in new processes and system implementation.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, or equivalent or currently pursuing ACCA Level 2.
• Deep knowledge and Proficiency in Sage/ACCPAC system is a MUST.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Meticulous and positive.
• A self‑starter who is able to multi‑task, plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently under tight deadlines.
• Can‑do attitude, driven and passionate about work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Immediate availability or able to start work at short notice preferred.
