Job summary

MEINHARDT (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD invites a detail-minded Finance professional to support regional accounting, consolidation, and budget activities.

You will coordinate monthly and annual reporting, assist treasury and bank reporting, and liaise with auditors while ensuring policy compliance; MS Excel skills essential.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience and a degree in accounting or finance, with strong communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly and annual financial reports for management and statutory purposes.
• Prepare timely reports for bank reporting.
• Assist treasury, including monitoring cash balances across regions.
• Monitor accounting processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning; monitor performance.
• Ensure policy compliance; maintain and update financial policies.
• Liaise with external auditors for year-end audit.
• Participate in ad-hoc improvement projects.
• Handle other duties as required by Group Finance Assistant Manager.

DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in timely preparation of monthly and annual consolidation of financial reports for management and statutory reporting
• Assist in timely preparation of reports for bank reporting
• Assist in treasury matters, including monitoring of cash balances across the regions
• Monitor overall accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards
• Assist with the preparation of budget and financial plans and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies; maintain, review and implement financial and accounting policies to ensure compliance with good governance, practice and standards
• Liaise with external auditors for year-end audit
• Participate in ad-hoc improvements projects
• Any other duties and responsibilities as reasonably required by the Group Finance Assistant Manager
