Position objective and summary
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Main tasks/activities /responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial reports.
- Maintain the general ledger, fixed asset register, and accounting schedules, ensuring all balances are properly reconciled.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and debt collection.
- Update monthly foreign exchange rates and process the necessary accounting adjustments.
- Prepare sub-consolidation financial information.
- Prepare and submit GST returns and corporate income tax schedules on a timely basis.
- Reconcile monthly revenue against billings and investigate any variances.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties during audits and statutory reporting.
- Support business units by providing financial reports and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with the Group's accounting policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in corporate finance activities and other finance projects, as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager, FC, or CFO.

Job requirements (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills etc.)
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
