Job summary

Saitech International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial reporting and consolidation for multiple entities. The role requires preparing statements, budgets, and forecasts, and providing insights to senior management.

You will work with SAP FI/CO, ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes. Mon-Fri, salary S$6k-7k per month, location Raffles Place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
• 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience, including consolidation.
• Strong experience in preparing financial projections and budgets.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Perform consolidation of accounts for multiple entities and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare financial projections, cash flow forecasts, and profitability analyses to support management decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control and financial improvement.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and internal financial reporting requirements.
• Generate management reports and provide financial insights to senior management.
• Utilize SAP for accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and other finance-related activities.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and required documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
