Job summary

OCD Hands Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled sales professional to drive B2B sales, nurture existing key accounts, and generate new business opportunities.

You will work closely with leading partners such as Samsung, Logitech, Microsoft, and our AV Designer Team to tailor solutions across Audio, Visual, and video conferencing. The role targets SME and Enterprise segments, requiring a track record in project-based, customized solutions and pricing negotiations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/Engineering/AV or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience with a strong track record.
• Experience in project-based, customized solutions sales.
• Experience managing key accounts in Enterprise markets (Finance, Tech, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas).

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maintain good client relations.
• Serve and increase sales from existing key accounts.
• Generate and develop new key accounts.
• Collaborate with partners like Samsung, Logitech, Microsoft and the in-house AV Designer Team to propose customer solutions.
• Negotiate pricing with partners to keep bids competitive.
• Focus on all types of Audio, Visual, and video conferencing solutions.
• Present and submit weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual or other disciplines
• 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with a good sales track record
• Experience in a project-based, development of customized solutions sales environment
• Experience in managing key accounts in the Enterprise market, especially in Financial & Banking, Technology, Manufacturer, Oil & Gas
