Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive to join our team on site at Pandan Road.

Working days are Monday to Friday with two shift options: 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm. Salary ranges from $3,000 to $4,500 depending on experience. You will prepare and monitor project schedules for financial tracking, oversee AP functions, inter-company transactions, stock issues, and assist in closing audits and month-end processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting.
• At least 2 years relevant experience.
• Audit background.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely financial tracking and reporting
• Oversee and review AP functions including journal
• Inter-company transaction and balances
• Stock issues and related adjustments
• Prepare closing audit schedules and assist in the preparation of financial reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
