Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Macpherson, Singapore, seeks a Sales Account Executive to manage existing accounts, coordinate sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Sales Division, you will build strong client relationships, meet sales targets and work with internal teams. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in client-facing sales roles and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in account servicing, sales support or customer-facing sales roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, organised and able to multitask.
• Able to work well with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact point for existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide prompt and professional customer service.
• Handle feedback, resolve issues and follow up closely.
• Manage new sales leads from the sales development team.
• Submit monthly sales forecasts and track sales performance.
• Support ad-hoc duties assigned by the Sales Division.
