Job summary

Oneglobal Broking Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Executive – Financial Lines in Singapore. The role supports servicing and placement of financial and professional liability programmes, including D&O, PI, Cyber, Crime, and EPL.

You will prepare documentation, liaise with insurers, and assist in renewals and claims follow-up. The successful candidate has a diploma/degree in related fields and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or insurance operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the placement and renewal of Financial Lines insurance including D&O, PI, Cyber, Crime, EPL.
• Prepare quotations, policy documentation, endorsements, and renewal reports.
• Liaise with insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders on policy administration matters.
• Support account managers in managing client portfolios and delivering quality service.
• Monitor renewals and ensure timely policy issuance and documentation.
• Assist in claims notification and follow-up where required.
• Maintain accurate client and policy records.

Accounts Executive, Financial Lines

To support the servicing and placement of financial and professional liability insurance programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the placement and renewal of Financial Lines insurance, including:
• Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability
• Professional Indemnity (PI)
• Cyber Insurance
• Crime Insurance
• Employment Practices Liability (EPL)
• Prepare quotations, policy documentation, endorsements, and renewal reports.
• Liaise with insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders on policy administration matters.
• Support account managers in managing client portfolios and delivering quality service.

Requirements
