Job summary

MILLENNIUM 3 BUILDING PRODUCTS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a sales-focused professional to penetrate new accounts and strengthen relationships with primary clients across contractors, M&E professionals, designers and project managers.

You will understand project specifications, prepare proposals and tenders, meet targets, attend site meetings, coordinate with drafting, project and admin teams, and ensure timely delivery and collection of payments while building long-lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Business or equivalent is required.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT tools.
• Able to multitask and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new customers from target market segments such as main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors, designers, architects and project managers.
• Understand project specifications to quantify and complete proposals/quotations/tenders.
• Meet assigned targets and attend site meetings.
• Coordinate between customer and project team to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead accounts and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships; ensure payments are collected within the time frame.
• Work cross-functionally with Drafting, Project and Admin teams.

Summary:

Meeting set sales target and to penetrate new accounts to expand clientele base & manage existing business relationships with primary client contacts.

Responsibilities:

• Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
• Develop and acquire new customer from our target market segment (E.g. Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors, designers, architects & project managers)
• Responsible to understand project’s technical specifications in order to quantify and complete proposals/quotations/tenders
• Meet assigned targets
• Attend site meetings, coordination between customer and the project team
• Ensure that payment is collected from the customer within the time frame given
• Work cross-functionally with Drafting, Project & Admin team to ensure timely project delivery
• Lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts, and building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Any other reasonable ad hoc tasks as assigned by your manager

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business or equivalent
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Must demonstrate IT knowledge and savviness
• A multi-tasker, meticulous, resourceful with a “can-do” attitude
• Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
