Job summary

Kitchen & Kitchen Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled finance professional to manage full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles, support month-end closings, and deliver accurate financial reporting.

You will collaborate with auditors and tax agents, ensure statutory compliance, and support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc accounting tasks within a dynamic finance team.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
• Construction sector experience preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero).
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of AP and AR functions.
• Arrange payment of suppliers and AR collection.
• Handle full sets of accounts including data entry, filing, intercompany transactions.
• Reconcile transactions and import shipment documents.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, forecasts, GST submissions.
• Year-end closing with auditors and tax agents.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Ad-hoc administrative or accounting assignments.
• Work closely with senior account executive in day-to-day finance activities.

Duties and Responsible

• Full spectrum of Account Payable and Account Receivable functions
• Arrange payment of suppliers and Accounts Receivable payment collection
• Handle full sets of accounts including data entry into accounting system and Filling, intercompany
• transactions reconciliation, Import Shipment document, Sub-con claim and staff claim
• Prepare Monthly financial statements, management reports, financial forecasts, quarterly GST submissions
• Year-end closing activities and liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audit and corporate tax matters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal control procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc administrative or accounting assignments
• Work closely with senior account executive in day-to-day activities of the finance department.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.( Construction sector is preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
