THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Cluster Enrichment Centre Manager to oversee the operational and business performance of multiple learning centres in Singapore.

This hands-on leadership role requires a strong background in education and enrichment. You will work with Centre Managers to drive performance, standardise operations, enhance customer experience and develop a high‑performing management team.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognised university.
• 5 years of relevant experience in tuition, enrichment, or education.
• At least 3 years in a senior management or supervisory capacity overseeing multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to Centre Managers across multiple locations to achieve business and performance objectives.
• Monitor centre performance including sales, enrolment, customer retention, operational efficiency and service standards; implement improvement plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and support Centre Managers.
• Ensure consistency in customer experience, service quality and SOP implementation across locations.
• Review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the performance and development of Centre Managers and the operations team.
• Oversee manpower planning, staff deployment and operating expenses.
• Collaborate with senior management on operational initiatives and system implementations.
• Support expansion initiatives including new openings and relocations.

Cluster Enrichment Centre Manager
Working days: 5 days, include one weekend
Working hours : 44 hours a week

• HQ 9:30am-6:30pm; Center weekdays are 12:30pm to 9:30pm and weekends are 8:30am to 6:30pm

Working location:Primarily across outlets, with regular time at HQ for meetings and management work. (Travel islandwide, HQ at Sixth Avenue, Transport claimable between HQ - Centres - Centres)

Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedCluster Enrichment Centre Managerto oversee the operational and business performance of multiple learning centres in Singapore.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to an experienced operations professional with a strong background ineducation, tuition, enrichment. The successful candidate will work closely with Centre Managers (CMs) to drive business performance, strengthen operational standards, enhance customer experience and develop a high-performing management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction to CMs across multiple locations, ensuring each centre achieves its business and performance objectives.
• Monitor centre performance, includingsales, enrolment, customer retention, operational efficiency and service standards, and implement improvement plans where required.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, identify ground-level challenges and provide support to CMs.
• Ensure consistency incustomer experience, service quality, operational procedures and SOP implementationacross all locations.
• Review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity and overall centre performance.
• Manage the performance and development of CMs and the operations team.
• Oversee manpower planning, staff deployment and operating expenses to ensure resources are utilised effectively.
• Work closely with senior management and internal departments on operational initiatives, process improvements and system implementation.
• Support business expansion initiatives, including new location openings, relocations and other operational projects.

Requirements

• Degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum5 years of relevant experiencewithin the tuition, enrichment, education industry.
• At least3 years in a senior management or supervisory capacity, with experience overseeing multiple locations.
• Demonstrated experience managing Centre Managers or similar middle-management teams.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations, manpower and operational costs.
