Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Cluster Enrichment Centre Manager to oversee the operational and business performance of multiple learning centres in Singapore.

This hands-on leadership role requires a strong background in education, tuition, enrichment, and people management across multi-site operations. You will work closely with Centre Managers to drive performance, uphold standards and support expansion through new locations.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within tuition, enrichment, education industry.
• At least 3 years in a senior management or supervisory capacity, with experience overseeing multiple locations.
• Demonstrated experience managing Centre Managers or similar middle-management teams.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations, manpower and operating costs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to Centre Managers across multiple locations, ensuring each centre achieves its business and performance objectives.
• Monitor centre performance, including sales, enrolment, customer retention, operational efficiency and service standards, and implement improvement plans where required.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and support Centre Managers.
• Ensure consistency in customer experience, service quality, SOP implementation across locations.
• Review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity and centre performance.
• Manage the performance and development of Centre Managers and the operations team.
• Oversee manpower planning, staff deployment and operating expenses to optimise resources.
• Collaborate with senior management on operational initiatives and system implementation.
• Support business expansion initiatives, including new location openings and relocations.

Cluster Enrichment Centre Manager
Working days: 5 days, include one weekend
Working hours : 44 hours a week

• HQ 9:30am-6:30pm; Center weekdays are 12:30pm to 9:30pm and weekends are 8:30am to 6:30pm

Working location:Primarily across outlets, with regular time at HQ for meetings and management work. (Travel islandwide, HQ at Sixth Avenue, Transport claimable between HQ - Centres - Centres)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Enrichment Centre Managerto oversee the operational and business performance of multiple learning centres in Singapore.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to an experienced operations professional with a strong background in education, tuition, enrichment. The successful candidate will work closely with Centre Managers (CMs) to drive business performance, strengthen operational standards, enhance customer experience and develop a high-performing management team.

• Support business expansion initiatives, including new location openings, relocations and other operational projects.
