This hands-on leadership role requires a strong background in education and enrichment, with experience managing multi-site operations and overseeing Centre Managers. Regular HQ involvement and islandwide travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the tuition, enrichment, education industry.
• At least 3 years in a senior management or supervisory capacity, overseeing multiple locations.
• Proven experience managing Centre Managers or similar middle-management teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to Centre Managers across multiple locations to meet business objectives.
• Monitor performance: sales, enrolment, retention, operations, service standards; implement improvements.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and support Centre Managers.
• Ensure consistent customer experience, service quality and SOPs across locations.
• Review and improve processes to boost efficiency and centre performance.
• Oversee manpower planning, staffing and operating expenses across sites.
• Collaborate with senior management on initiatives, improvements and system implementations.
• Support business expansion, including new locations and relocations.

Cluster Enrichment Centre Manager

Working days: 5 days, include one weekend

Working hours : 44 hours a week

HQ 9:30am-6:30pm; Center weekdays are 12:30pm to 9:30pm and weekends are 8:30am to 6:30pm

Working location: Primarily across outlets, with regular time at HQ for meetings and management work. (Travel islandwide, HQ at Sixth Avenue, Transport claimable between HQ - Centres - Centres)

Salary: $7000-$9000

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Enrichment Centre Manager to oversee the operational and business performance of multiple learning centres in Singapore.

This is a hands‑on leadership position suited to an experienced operations professional with a strong background in education, tuition, enrichment . The successful candidate will work closely with Centre Managers (CMs) to drive business performance, strengthen operational standards, enhance customer experience and develop a high‑performing management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction to CMs across multiple locations, ensuring each centre achieves its business and performance objectives.
• Monitor centre performance, including sales, enrolment, customer retention, operational efficiency and service standards , and implement improvement plans where required.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, identify ground‑level challenges and provide support to CMs.
• Ensure consistency in customer experience, service quality, operational procedures and SOP implementation across all locations.
• Review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity and overall centre performance.
• Manage the performance and development of CMs and the operations team.
• Oversee manpower planning, staff deployment and operating expenses to ensure resources are utilised effectively.
• Work closely with senior management and internal departments on operational initiatives, process improvements and system implementation.
• Support business expansion initiatives, including new location openings, relocations and other operational projects.
