Job summary

American International Group, Inc. (AIG) in Singapore seeks a Claims Adjuster for Non-Auto Plines to handle complex A&H claims, assess coverage and liability, and coordinate with vendors with a strong customer‑focused approach.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, participate in QA, and support stakeholders with timely, accurate claim resolutions while adhering to guidelines and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of A&H products and policy language.
• Experience with complex claims, audits and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiry, determine coverage, and assess liability for complex claims.
• Manage Third Party Administrators to meet deliverables and conduct audits.
• Communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders and support QA processes.
• Contribute to best practice procedures for high‑value A&H claims.
