Job summary

Maxhunt Resource Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. You will prepare and review cost estimates, quotations, tenders and progress claims, and liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors to keep projects on budget.

Requirements include a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, at least 1 year of relevant experience, A&A project exposure, and knowledge of contracts and cost measurement. Main Contractor experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field is required.
• 1 year of relevant working experience is required.
• A&A project experience is required.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, costing and measurement is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations and tenders.
• Prepare and submit progress claims.
• Handle variation orders and cost evaluation.
• Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims.
• Monitor project costs and maintain proper cost records.
• Assist with contract administration and commercial matters.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Carry out other QS-related duties as required.
