RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our A&A projects in Singapore. You will manage budgets, cost control, and contract administration from award to final accounts, ensuring compliance with local standards.

Responsibilities include procurement planning, subcontractor quotes, VO processing, and progress claim support. Diploma/degree in Quantity Surveying with 2+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Able to communicate and liaise with co-workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision with knowledge of local standards & requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage project budgets and cost control to keep projects within budget.
• Handle projects from contract award to completion, including final accounts.
• Prepare procurement schedules and lists based on specifications and timelines.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor quotations and prepare subcontract documents.
• Track defects, variations, and related documentation.
• Manage VO submissions, progress payments, payment certificates, and final accounts.
• Review subcontractor VO claims and ensure proper execution and procedures.
• Follow up on subcontractor and client payments.
• Handle progress claims, payments, VOs, and project close-out.
