Fuku is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, review tenders, and manage project costs in Singapore. The role requires handling variation orders, sub-contractor claims, and maintaining cost records, with focus on accuracy and independence.

The candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience, including A&A projects; main contractor exposure is preferred. Tai Seng on-site work location.

Qualificações

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• A&A project experience is required.
• Main Contractor experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, costing, and measurement.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations, and tenders.
• Prepare and submit progress claims.
• Handle variation orders and cost evaluation.
• Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims.
• Monitor project costs and maintain proper cost records.
• Assist with contract administration and commercial matters.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Carry out other QS-related duties as required.
