Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior / F&B Catering Operation Executive to coordinate equipment delivery and setup across island-wide locations.

You will manage the full delivery cycle from order coordination through on-site setup and collection, ensuring all catering equipment is properly handled and maintained. Responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, liaising with sales to confirm orders, loading and unloading, on-site setup, inventory control and hygiene compliance.

Qualifications

• Able to coordinate delivery and setup of catering equipment island-wide.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Possess Class 3 driving license (preferred).
• Experience with inventory control for catering equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the delivery schedule and orders.
• Coordinate with salesperson on customer orders before delivery.
• Load and unload catering equipment safely into delivery vehicle.
• Deliver and collect equipment to island-wide locations.
• Liaise with customers during on-site setup requirements.
• Organise setup and cleanup after events such as cocktails, buffet, seminars.
• Monitor inventory and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Comply with mandatory hygiene standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by Operation Manager.

• Working Days: 5.5 days
• Working Timing: According to roster schedule, 8 hours per day
• Location: Food Xchange @ Admiralty (Sembawang)
• Salary: $ 3,000 – $ 3,499
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license (preferred)
• Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

About the role

This role involves coordinating catering equipment delivery and setup across island-wide locations. You will manage the full delivery cycle from order coordination through to on-site setup and collection, ensuring all catering equipment is properly handled and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to schedule of delivery orders
• Coordinate with salesperson on customer's order before delivery
• Proper loading and unloading of catering equipment into delivery vehicle
• Delivery and collection to island wide catering places
• Liaise with customer during on-site setup requirement
• Organise set-up and clean-up after each delivery such as cocktail events, buffet reception, seminar events
• Inventory control for catering equipment used for upon collection of order
• Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for assigned delivery vehicle
• Understand and comply with mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
• Perform any other duties assigned by Operation Manager
