is seeking a Senior / F&B Catering Operation Executive to coordinate equipment delivery and setup across island-wide locations, managing the full delivery cycle from order coordination through to on-site setup and collection. You will ensure proper handling of catering equipment, maintain hygiene standards, and support events such as cocktails, buffets, and seminars while working 5.5 days a week with a roster-based 8-hour day schedule at Food Xchange @ Admiralty

Qualifications

• Delivery coordination and equipment handling experience.
• Inventory control for catering equipment and deliveries.
• Customer liaison during delivery and on-site setup.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to schedule of delivery orders.
• Coordinate with salesperson on customer’s order before delivery.
• Proper loading and unloading of catering equipment into delivery vehicle.
• Delivery and collection to island wide catering places.
• Liaise with customer during on-site setup requirement.
• Organise set-up and clean-up after each delivery such as cocktail events, buffet reception, seminar events.
• Inventory control for catering equipment used for upon collection of order.
• Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for assigned delivery vehicle.
• Understand and comply with mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
• Perform any other duties assigned by Operation Manager

Working Timing: According to roster schedule, 8 hours per day

Location: Food Xchange @ Admiralty (Sembawang)

Salary: $ 3,000 - $ 3,450

About the role

This role involves coordinating catering equipment delivery and setup across island-wide locations. You will manage the full delivery cycle from order coordination through to on-site setup and collection, ensuring all catering equipment is properly handled and maintained.
