- Provide pre-sales support by assisting with technical information and solutions for projects.
- Apply IT and networking knowledge to support customer success and enhance communication solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight the capabilities of our solutions.
- Manage the technical interconnection between our platform and partner systems.
- Provide technical consultation, integration guidance and support to clients during both pre-sales and implementation phases.

Salary: $ 2500 - $ 3000 + OT
Address: Tiong Bahru
Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.45am to 6pm
Alternate Saturday / 8.45am to 1.15pm
