Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a F&B Service Lead/Service Captain to ensure excellent guest service across our Singapore outlets. You will help maintain attractive display cases, stock levels, and oversee opening or closing of the outlet while following SOPs.

You will uphold high cleanliness standards and health/sanitation regulations, performing ad-hoc duties as needed to support operations. The role requires a 6-day work week with weekend/public holiday shifts, with salary up to

Qualifications

• At least GCE “N” level or its equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year supervisory experience in F&B — cafes / restaurants / similar capacity.
• Able to work on weekends / public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent guest experience through providing of warm and genuine service.
• Ensure product items are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
• Ensure proper opening and / or closing of the outlet while adhering to Company SOP.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health / sanitation regulations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs.

Location: Dempsey /Dairy Farm / Eng Kong Park /Namly /Serangoon Garden /Swan Lake
Salary: Up to $ 2800
