Job summary

the supreme hr advisory pte. ltd. is seeking a F&B Service Lead/Service Captain in Singapore. Work week is six days, including weekends and public holidays, with a total of about 44 hours.

Multiple outlet locations are available across Dempsey, Dairy Farm, Eng Kong Park, Namly, Serangoon Garden and Swan Lake. Salary offered is up to SGD 2,800 per month. The role requires at least GCE N level or equivalent and preferably 1 year of supervisory experience in cafes/restaurants.

Qualifications

• GCE N level or equivalent required.
• Preferably 1 year supervisory experience in F&B (cafes/restaurants).
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent guest experience through warm, genuine service.
• Ensure products are well stocked and displays are attractive.
• Open and/or close the outlet in accordance with SOP.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards around the workstation and comply with sanitation rules.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties based on operational needs.
