Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a F&B Service Lead/ Service Captain to deliver warm, genuine service and oversee daily front-of-house operations in a fast-paced café/restaurant setting.

The role requires working a 6-day week, weekends/public holidays, with salary up to SGD 2,800 monthly. At least GCE N-level or equivalent; supervisory experience in F&B preferred. You will ensure stock display, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• GCE N-level or equivalent as minimum education.
• Preferably 1 year supervisory experience in F&B—cafes/restaurants.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent guest experience through warm and genuine service.
• Ensure items are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
• Open and close the outlet while following SOPs.
• Maintain high cleanliness and comply with health/sanitation regulations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties based on operational needs.
