Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Operations Executive (Import & Export) to manage end-to-end import/export documentation, coordinate global logistics, and support sales teams and overseas clients from our Orchard office in Singapore.

You will handle trade documents (PI, CI, PL, B/L), L/C negotiations, data entry in Xero, and liaise with forwarders, warehouses, and insurers to execute shipment plans.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years in international trade or freight forwarding (Metals/Commodities sector preferred).
• Knowledge: Proficient in Incoterms 2020 and international payment methods (L/C, T/T, DP/DA).
• Skills: Strong Excel skills for data tracking and proficiency in Xero is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trade Documentation: Manage full sets of shipping documents (PI, CI, PL, B/L, Insurance) and handle L/C negotiation and bank submissions.
• System & Compliance: Perform data entry in Xero, maintain systematic trade files, and support annual audit requirements.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with forwarders, warehouses, and insurers to execute shipment plans and resolve transit discrepancies.
• Business Support: Act as the primary contact for global suppliers/clients, assist in cost calculation, and track Accounts Receivable/Payable.

Starting Salary: $3,500 - $4500 + AWS (13th bonus)
