Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Operations Executive (Import & Export) in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end import/export documentation, coordinate global logistics, and provide critical support to the sales teams and overseas clients.

The role requires 2–3 years in international trade or freight forwarding, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and international payment methods. Working location is Shaw Centre with 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in international trade or freight forwarding (Metals/Commodities sector preferred).
• Proficient in Incoterms 2020 and international payment methods (L/C, T/T, DP/DA).
• Strong Excel skills for data tracking; Xero experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trade Documentation: Manage full sets of shipping documents (PI, CI, PL, B/L, Insurance) and handle L/C negotiations and bank submissions.
• System & Compliance: Data entry in Xero, maintain trade files, support annual audits.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with forwarders, warehouses, and insurers to execute shipment plans and resolve transit issues.
• Business Support: Primary contact for global suppliers/clients, assist in cost calculation, and track Accounts Receivable/Payable.

Working Location: Shaw Centre
Starting Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 + AWS (13th bonus)

Overview We are seeking a professional to join our Metals Trading team. You will manage end-to-end import/export documentation, coordinate global logistics, and provide critical support to sales teams and overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Trade Documentation: Manage full sets of shipping documents (PI, CI, PL, B/L, Insurance) and handle Letter of Credit (L/C) negotiation and bank submissions.
• System & Compliance: Perform data entry in Xero, maintain systematic trade files, and support annual audit requirements.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with forwarders, warehouses, and insurers to execute shipment plans and resolve transit discrepancies.
• Business Support: Act as the primary contact for global suppliers/clients, assist in cost calculation, and track Accounts Receivable/Payable.

Qualifications and Requirements:
