Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an EHS Coordinator to drive and coordinate Workplace Safety and Health initiatives across multiple sites. You will lead audits, investigations and reporting, ensuring compliance with WSH regulations while briefing new hires and maintaining records.

The role requires a WSH Level B or higher with 2–3 years in EHS; semiconductor experience is highly preferred. Travel to various sites islandwide is required.

Qualifications

• WSH Level B or Diploma or Degree in EHS Engineering.
• MOM Registered WSH Officer preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant EHS experience; semiconductor industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive, co-ordinate and implement Workplace Safety and Health initiatives.
• Conduct WSH audits and incident investigations.
• Produce site WSH reports regularly.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate WSH meetings and conduct safety briefings at sites.
• Inspect worksites and recommend practical control measures.
• Brief new hires on workplace safety and maintain records.
• Attend site inspections with regulatory officers during audits.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Salary: $3200- $3800

Location: Islandwide, travelling to different site is required

Job Description

• Drive, co-ordinate and implement all Workplace Safety and Health Initiatives
• Conduct Workplace Safety and Health audit and incident investigations
• Produce Site Workplace Safety and Health Report on regular basis
• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and statutory requirements
• Co-ordinate Workplace Safety and Health Meeting and conduct safety briefing at sites, toolbox meeting and training.
• Conduct regular inspection of worksite and recommend reasonably practical control measures at sites
• Provide briefing to new hires about the workplace safety .
• Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as may be required by the regulatory authorities.
• To attend site inspection with regulatory officer during the audit.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• WSH Level B or Diploma or Degree in EHS Engineering.
• Preferably a MOM Registered WSH Officer
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in EHS field , experience in Semiconductor industry is highly preferred
