Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Safety Officer (Semiconductor) to drive and coordinate Workplace Safety and Health initiatives across sites.

The role involves audits, incident investigations, and preparation of regular WHS reports, with travel islandwide to different sites as required. Qualifications include WSH Level C or a Diploma/Degree in EHS Engineering, with a preference for MOM Registered WSH Officers.

Qualifications

• WSH Level C or Diploma/Degree in EHS Engineering.
• 2-3 years of relevant EHS experience; semiconductor experience preferred.
• MOM Registered WSH Officer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive, coordinate and implement Workplace Safety and Health initiatives.
• Conduct WHS audits and incident investigations.
• Produce Site WHS reports regularly.
• Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate WHS meetings and conduct safety briefings at sites.
• Inspect worksites and recommend practical control measures.
• Brief new hires on workplace safety.
• Maintain mandatory records and documentation.
• Attend site inspections with regulatory officers during audits.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Safety Officer (Semiconductor)

5 days, 9am-6pm

Salary: $3200- $3800 + AWS

Location: Islandwide, travelling to different site is required

Job Description

• Drive, co-ordinate and implement all Workplace Safety and Health Initiatives
• Conduct Workplace Safety and Health audit and incident investigations
• Produce Site Workplace Safety and Health Report on regular basis
• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and statutory requirements
• Co-ordinate Workplace Safety and Health Meeting and conduct safety briefing at sites, toolbox meeting and training.
• Conduct regular inspection of worksite and recommend reasonably practical control measures at sites
• Provide briefing to new hires about the workplace safety .
• Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as may be required by the regulatory authorities.
• To attend site inspection with regulatory officer during the audit.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• WSH Level C or Diploma or Degree in EHS Engineering.
• Preferably a MOM Registered WSH Officer
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in EHS field , experience in Semiconductor industry is highly preferred
