Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified WSH professional to lead safety initiatives across multiple sites. The role requires coordinating audits, investigations and reporting while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Travel to various sites is required, and the candidate should have strong EHS credentials and experience in the semiconductor sector. You will implement safety programs, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain regulatory records.

Qualifications

• WSH Level B or Diploma or Degree in EHS Engineering.
• MOM Registered WSH Officer (preferred).
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in EHS, semiconductor industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive, co-ordinate and implement all Workplace Safety and Health Initiatives.
• Conduct Workplace Safety and Health audits and incident investigations.
• Produce Site Workplace Safety and Health Reports on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and statutory requirements.
• Co-ordinate Workplace Safety and Health meetings and conduct safety briefings at sites, toolbox meetings and training.
• Conduct regular site inspections and recommend practical control measures.
• Provide briefings to new hires about workplace safety.
• Maintain mandatory records and documentation for regulators.
• Attend site inspections with regulatory officers during audits.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

• Conduct regular inspection of worksite and recommend reasonably practical control measures at sites
• Provide briefing to new hires about the workplace safety .
• Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as may be required by the regulatory authorities.
• To attend site inspection with regulatory officer during the audit.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• WSH Level B or Diploma or Degree in EHS Engineering.
• Preferably a MOM Registered WSH Officer
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in EHS field , experience in Semiconductor industry is highly preferred
