Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Sales Coordinator in Tuas, Singapore, to support the Sales team with order processing, data entry and customer handling.

Working days are Mon-Fri, 5 days; hours 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. Salary ranges from 2,800 to 3,350 SGD monthly depending on qualification and experience. Company transport is provided at designated pick up points.

Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) is required.
At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
GCE N/O levels/NITEC qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

To process confirmed orders and ensure all data entry are done accurately
To support the Sales team in customer handling when tasked
To attend to telephone calls and sales enquiries
To assist in taking orders from clients
To liaise with operations on job order progress till readiness for delivery
To perform filing and other general administrative duties
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
