Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architecture Co-ordinator to review and interpret architectural, structural, M&E drawings and interior design drawings, and to produce shop drawings and installation details.

You will coordinate with procurement and overseas suppliers for stone sourcing, inspect quality, and ensure material specifications while acting as liaison among project team, contractors, and installation specialists.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related work experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, M&E drawings and interior design drawings.
• Produce and verify detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation details.
• Prepare and track shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Advise on marble and natural stone buildability, veining continuity, and edge profiling.
• Coordinate with procurement teams and overseas suppliers to arrange stone sourcing, quality inspections, and material delivery schedules.
• Ensure strict adherence to material specifications (e.g., grade, finish, sizing, and anti-stain treatments).
• Act as the primary liaison between the project team, main contractors, and installation specialists.
