Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Architecture Co-ordinator for a full-time role based in Tuas, Singapore.

Salary ranges from SGD 3,500 to 4,500 per month. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm. Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting architectural, structural, M&E drawings and interior design drawings; producing and verifying detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation details; coordinating with procurement and overseas suppliers for stone sourcing and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related work experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, M&E drawings and interior design drawings.
• Produce and verify detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation details.
• Prepare and track shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Advise on marble and natural stone buildability, veining continuity, and edge profiling.
• Coordinate with procurement teams and overseas suppliers to arrange stone sourcing, quality inspections, and material delivery schedules.
• Ensure strict adherence to material specifications (e.g., grade, finish, sizing, and anti-stain treatments).
• Act as the primary liaison between the project team, main contractors, and internal/external installation specialists.
