Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a service-oriented hospitality or front desk professional to monitor inquiries for reservations, communicate rate information, and help maximize occupancy-based revenue. The role involves engaging with clients in person and over the phone to build strong relationships.

You will ensure guests receive excellent service during check-in and check-out, maintain a tidy desk and lobby, greet guests courteously, and support operations to meet quality

Qualifications

• Must possess a Higher Nitec or Diploma in any field.
• Willing to commit to shift hours; prior customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reservation inquiries and manage rates, to help increase occupancy revenue.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, and assist on phone/in person.
• Ensure high customer service for all guests and handle check-in/check-out communications.
• Keep desk and lobby neat; greet guests with courtesy.
• Monitor operations and ensure compliance with quality standards when dealing with patients.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Ensure optimal level of customer services for all guests and manage all communication with guests for check in and check out process.
• Maintain neat and clean desk and lobby area at all times and greet all guests with courtesy.
• Monitor all operations and ensure compliance to all quality assurance standards when dealing with patients
• Any Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements
