Job summary

HEGEN PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contract Associate, Business Production Support to join our Supply Chain Management team. You will drive fulfilment for HBM orders, coordinate customisation, and ensure quality standards while maintaining efficient production workflows.

The role involves operating UV and laser printers, managing warehousing tasks, and collaborating across teams to meet customer specifications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background in Warehouse/Logistics or Printing preferred.
• Experience with coordinate orders and production workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with printing technologies (UV/Laser) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support fulfilment activities for HBM orders and admin records.
• Customise and personalise products per customer specs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute orders efficiently.
• Follow SOPs to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on printing machines (UV/laser).
• Assist with warehousing, inventory and administrative tasks.
