Job summary

HEGEN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Contract Associate, Warehousing & Fulfilment (6 Months) to join the Supply Chain Management team. The role involves hands-on warehousing, inbound/outbound processing, and order fulfilment to ensure accurate, timely dispatches.

The contract may extend or convert based on performance, with immediate availability preferred. You will support inventory management, logistics coordination, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background in Warehouse/Logistics preferred.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms advantageous.
• Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office.
• Team player with a pleasant personality.
• Meticulous, goal and process-oriented.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to multitask.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct warehouse tasks from inbound management to storage and dispatch.
• Process offline retailer orders and monitor credit limits.
• Cross-check online payments and orders before processing.
• Perform invoicing to capture data in ERP/accounting systems.
• Manage FIFO inventory and coordinate with fulfilment teams.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory.
• Oversee third-party logistics providers and vendors.
• Identify ways to meet operational goals and improvements.
• Ensure housekeeping and workplace safety.
• Support documentation for logistics auditing.
