Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Support professional to assist the HR Business Partner team with day-to-day HR support for a Singapore-based unit on a 5-month contract.

The role covers manpower planning, onboarding, how to track headcount, reporting, and employee lifecycle matters. Diploma or degree in HR or related field is required; immediate or short-notice availability is preferred; based at Raffles Place, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR or related field.
• Exposure to HR operations/generalist/TA/HRBP support is useful.
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partner team in providing day to day HR support to assigned business units.
• Assist with manpower planning, headcount tracking and workforce related reporting.
• Support employee lifecycle matters including onboarding, internal movements, transfers and exits.
• Assist in coordinating performance management, talent management and other HR exercises.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of HR reports, presentations and manpower data.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and other HR specialist teams on recruitment and employee related matters.
• Assist with employee queries and ensure matters are followed up with the relevant HR stakeholders.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with internal policies.

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 5 months

Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

Salary: Up to $5000

• Candidates who are available immediately or on short notice will be preferred.
