Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a contract-based HR/Recruitment support for a 6-month term at One Marina Boulevard, Singapore. The role covers recruitment management, onboarding, exit management, and other adhoc duties with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 6.

Responsibilities include posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, preparing offer packages, coordinating IT access for new hires, compiling onboarding materials, and managing exit processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment management: Post job advertisements on career portals, manage scheduling of interviews for shortlisted candidates, collate documents for shortlisted candidates, draft and collate offer packages.
• Onboarding: Raise IT systems and access passes for new hires, prepare Welcome Pack, liaise with departments on new hire reporting, create personnel files and IT profiles, update system with new hires.
• Exit management: Draft emails for staff leaving, arrange exit interviews, update system on resignees.
• Others: Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 6

Salary: $22/hour (Range of $3400 - $4000)

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment management

• Post job advertisements on career portals
• Manage scheduling of interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Collation of necessary documents and ensure completeness of application for shortlisted candidates
• Draft and collate offer package for successful candidates

Onboarding

• Raise necessary IT systems and access pass for new hires
• Prepare the Welcome Pack for new hires
• Liaise with departments on new hire reporting details
• Create personnel file for new hires
• Create IT profile in HR system for new hires
• Update system on new hires

Exitmanagement

• Draft relevant emails for staff who are leaving service
• Arrange for exit interview with HR Business Partner
• Update system on resignees

Others

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned
