Creative Fragrance Manager at TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore will lead fragrance projects across R&D, marketing and sales, translating the customer brief into actionable plans and timelines.

You will collaborate with perfumers on creation and development, evaluate viable solutions, and stay ahead of Asia Pacific fragrance trends while supporting regional and site visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fragrance creation and/or evaluation.
• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Perfumery or a related field preferred.
• Good knowledge of chemistry and aroma chemicals.
• Strong sensory evaluation and olfactive skills.
• Familiar with laboratory procedures and methodologies.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, analytical and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage fragrance projects and coordinate with Perfumers, R&D, Applications, Marketing and Sales teams.

• Support interpretation of consumer test results and market insights.
• Collaborate with regional and global Creative Centres when required.
• Support customer visits, presentations and fragrance discussions with the Sales team.
